PLUG AND PLAY SESSIONS: PERFORMANCE AND GROWTH

Performing well:
the modern manager’s juggle

(2 hours)

The greatest management challenge right now? Drive performance and take care of your burnt out people. Grow the business and wellbeing. Step up and ease off. All at the same time. Phew. In this session we explore how performance and wellbeing are not only possible together, but actually go hand-in-hand. And we provide a simple, practical toolkit to show you how.

Relighting the fire: the new art of motivation
(90 mins)

Quiet quitting. Finding purposeful work. And a whole new generation driven more by meaning than business performance. The motivation conundrum just got a whole lot harder. But in this session we unlock the answers to motivating your team.

Unstuck: how to change (when you’d rather not)

(60 mins)

Hands up if you love change…anyone? It’s normal to struggle with change and even to get stuck. This session explains why and gives us six simple tools for getting unstuck, embracing change and even enjoying the ride.

From goal-setting to goal-getting
(90 mins)

Eat more healthily. Read a book a week. Take on more responsibility at work. A new year often brings new resolutions. But how often do we achieve our goals? All too often our great ambitions fail and there’s a reason why: we’re setting our goals all wrong. In this session we turn conventional target-based thinking on its head and instead learn how to set system and practice-based goals which get us achieving what we want…well beyond the end of January.

Everyday coaching

(2 hours)

Ask people what makes a great coach and they may struggle to explain it. Often the best coaches seem to possess a mystical quality that we can’t define. But coaching is actually a learnable skill. And one that’s useful not only in formal coaching sessions, but everyday. In this session hone the skills you need to coach and develop those around you. Become a better listener, always have a great question to ask, and – ultimately – help people grow, everyday.

Everyday FEEDBACK

(90 mins)

When did you last get truly great feedback? And when did you give it? While we’re all encouraged to give more, more, more feedback, it ain’t easy. Will I offend? Will it really make a difference? What’s the right way to express this? If I say this will it need A Big Conversation? And it’s no easier to be on the receiving end. In this session we unpick how to make sure feedback is always effective – by balancing directness with care – and easy to deliver everyday.
