We develop bespoke learning solutions, tailored to your people, so that we can deliver exactly what is needed and make a real impact on your business. We design and deliver learning and engagement of many types, not just to ‘share interesting stuff’ but to ‘unlock’ behaviour change and get people moving with practical tips, tools and plans. Ooh, and it's all licence-free too, so you can use it in-house as many times as you like.

What we offer

Our skill is not in one specific subject or approach, but in getting to know your business, people and need, and then creatively and impactfully designing the best solution. We have delivered solutions from large scale change programmes, to one-off workshops and bitesized sessions, from self-directed toolkits and e-learning, to comms, visual and video campaigns. We can also complement our solutions with various psychometrics, and can deliver - or equip you to roll-out a programme in-house. 

 

We help our clients on topics as varied as change, wellbeing, trust, leadership, safety, team effectiveness and performance management. We work with leaders to help them consider how to shape and drive their business culture, with in tact teams looking to problem-solve together, and with mixed audiences of all levels. We also work on elevating our clients’ operational content on topics like marketing, integrity and customer service.

We begin all bespoke projects investing time to get to know you, your team and your organisation. This helps us to pinpoint the real challenges - and their root causes. From here we propose possible solutions, working with you to refine these so we get to the right approach for your people. This gives you the chance to input along the way, while leaving the design heavy-lifting to us.

Beautiful products, that you can keep using, licence free

All bespoke projects lead to editable versions of written materials to use as many times as you want, licence free. We aim to build everything we can in standard formats to allow easy future editing. Because who wants to get a consultancy firm back to update a slide every time a job title changes?

OUR DESIGN STYLE

Our designs are always grounded in the latest thinking in learning psychology. They are fast-paced, engaging, and thought-provoking. We love to get people involved, practising and – ideally – working on their ‘live’ projects and situations, so that they’re applying things from the off. This approach means we can cover a lot in the time we have and really move people forward. We also like to have fun in our solutions, using quick exercises, provocative questions, analogy and stories to inject energy and inspire people.

A DELIVERY MODEL THAT SUITS YOUR BUSINESS AND BUDGET

Our materials are designed so you can deliver them in-house, if you wish. We write simple, but high-impact facilitation notes to ease and boost the quality of delivery. We can also train your team to deliver, focusing not only on ‘the running order’ but on how to stretch each group and have a huge impact on them. We can also deliver sessions for you and have a network of trainers who are expert at bringing content to life in engaging, impactful ways. They are consistently rated exceptionally highly by participants.
