During our years of designing and delivering learning, and working with countless learners and clients, we have distilled what we see achieves true learning, again and again, down to five key ingredients. Equally relevant to designers, trainers, SMEs, and learners themselves, these ingredients are grounded in respected learning psychology and our own research.

We offer ‘train the – ‘ sessions for designers, trainers, subject matter experts looking to introduce their topic to new audiences, and learners themselves on how to make the most of these ingredients to boost learning. We offer everything from deep dive, practical masterclasses to short skills-builds attached to specific programmes.
