It’s been quite a few years hasn’t it? But though we’ve survived some seismic changes, many people tell us that it’s now that they are feeling more overwhelmed than ever. As organisations strive for greater performance and growth there are – inevitably – moments of higher pressure. And under pressure, it’s common to feel we have no control and put our wellbeing at the bottom of the priority list. Sound familiar?

If so, there is good news: first, you’re not alone in feeling this way. And second, overcoming this pressure is not just about ‘getting over it’ or ‘waiting until this busy phase ends’. In fact, there are a host of tiny, easy-to-implement, practical things you can do, right now, to tackle the pressure and prioritise wellbeing even in the busiest of days so you can thrive and perform at your best everyday. Feeling stuck in the ‘crazy time’ stage of change? Keeping your head down and willing it to pass? Struggling to navigate relentlessly turbulent waters? We’ve all been there. But the good news is that change doesn’t have to be such a drain. The key is simply learning how to thrive and grow through change.

 

This programme explores the relationship between the change journey and different types of wellbeing. It creates opportunities to reflect on how you fare in times of change – or how you’re handling a current change – and offers practical tips on how to manage and boost wellbeing and shape yourself – and the change – for the better. And the 1 hour manager build on helps those who need to help others do the same.

Find your purpose and you’ll never work another day in your life. So the saying goes.

 

But finding your purpose might also mean you never rest. That you feel responsible for everything. And take everything very personally.

 

Purpose can be a great big motivating, life-affirming gift, but it isn’t without its challenges.

 

In this session we explore how to find your purpose and live it practically and in balance.
